Pure Eco ES conducts projects for our clients (residential, commercial, industrial, governmental) aimed at significantly reducing, and in some cases eliminating, their carbon footprint.

Pure Eco's services can range from an assessment of the clients current consumption of utility-supplied resources , to the development of a plan to optimally integrate multiple solutions depending on the unique requests or site of the client, to coordinating the installation and operational assurance of the most sophisticated energy generation devices. Pure Eco ES is a one-stop shop for reducing your impact on the environment.

Energy Conservation: As energy prices rise and concern for harmful greenhouse emissions intensifies it is very important, as individuals, businesses and communities to limit the amount of energy that is consumed or wasted. We conduct energy audits combined with cost optimization modeling to maximize our clients return on investment.
• For existing buildings being renovated for energy efficiency
1. Perform extensive energy audits on internal systems such as structural, HVAC, lighting, water and operation
2. Use analytical tools to maximize energy saved with the goal to optimize our clients ROI
3. Plan, procure, install and assure performance of energy conservation materials and equipment to ASHREA standards and LEED Certification criteria
• For new building construction energy efficiency
1. Use analytical tools to orient buildings and evaluate design, materials and equipment to minimize energy use. Our goal is to optimize ROI
2. Plan, procure, install and assure performance of energy conservation materials and equipment to ASHREA standards and LEED Certification criteria, plus train building owners/operators

Renewable Generation: Since natural energy resources vary from location to location, it is important to accurately measure and evaluate all of them before developing a solution.
• Evaluate available site resources such as wind, solar, geothermal, hydro, bio-waste (liquid and solid)
• We use analytical software developed by the US Department of Energy, such as Homer, BEOPT, SAM and Hybrid 2, to maximize appropriate renewable energy generation based on our clients available site resources
• Plan, procure, install and assure performance of renewable energy generators, plus train operators in monitoring, use and maintenance
• Generate renewable energy and carbon offset certificates for our clients if applicable

Waste-to-Energy & Recycling: Pure Eco will evaluate and analyze all available useable water and biomass resources (such as grey water and landfill gas) for the purposes of recycling and generating power.
• Evaluate available site resources
1. Rain and grey water: quantities and composition
2. Existing landfill: volume, age and gas composition
• Use analytical tools to evaluate ROI
1. Rain water for use in swimming pools and drinking water
2. Grey water for the use of irrigation
3. Captured methane to generate electricity or produce methanol
• Plan, procure, install and assure performance of recycling equipment, plus train owner or operators
• Generate Carbon Offset Certificates for captured methane

Sustainable Design:
• In addition to integrating the above Conservation, Renewable Energy Generation and Waste-to-Energy services, we also design the overall layout of communities and their operation for minimum use of energy and to assure sustainability. Important aspects would include but are not limited to;
1. Location of major facilities and attractions related to one another
2. Orientation of homes and businesses
3. Terrain (pumping losses, storage, etc)
4. Distribution of services
• Integration of transportation devices such as HEV’s (Hybrid Electric Vehicles) and NEV’s (Neighborhood or City Electric Vehicles)
1. Electric-intensive, plus grid-connected for electric storage when not in use.
• Implementation of Net Metering
1. Selling electric power back to the utility whenever possible but having back-up for peak loads and emergencies

System integration is what separates Pure Eco apart from the competition. Many of our competitors, in the renewable energy market, focus on one or two disciplines such as solar or wind. We know that there is no one “Silver Bullet” solution that fits the needs of differing communities. Resources vary from client to client and a hybrid of multiple technologies is the key to sustainability and reliability.
